The SoundSub IS-9A was designed to supplement the SoundSpot satellite speakers in the low bass frequency range, creating an acoustically homogeneous home cinema or hi-fi system. The SoundSub IS-9A employs two 9" (222mm) woofers in an extremely flat-profile enclosure. The woofer's rear-vented double magnet system and aluminum Hexatech coil allow for effortless deep bass power. The IS-9A uses the tandem dynamo acoustics design, which allows perfect acoustical loading of the enclosure and provides strong air circulation for high power-handling capabilities. The SoundSub IS-9A is an active subwoofer driven by a high-quality 120W amplifier, positioned at the rear of the enclosure. The IS-9A has high- and low-level inputs/outputs enabling any of the common configuration options. The SoundSub IS-9A will enhance any home theater system with a well controlled, deep bass.
