We hope you are satisfied and happy with your Morel product. If for any reason you would like to return your product, please follow the instructions below.
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of the original shipped date for a quick refund. You will be refunded the product total and any applicable sales tax paid*. Please allow 14 business days of return process to be 2 billing cycles for the credit to show on your card or in your bank.
If you placed an order by mistake and your order was not shipped yet you can cancel it.
If you are unable to cancel you order in time or having trouble – please contact us for help at email@example.com.
If you bought a Morel product online
Within 14 days you can return the product and receive a refund. We are working on updating out return process, but in the meantime simply request a return authorization by forwarding your order confirmation e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a message “Get a Return Authorization” at the top and a state briefly why you would like to return your product.
Our customer service will reply to your e-mail.
In case of returning you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Morel, we will refund the cost for returning it.
If you return the product and the reason is not a result of a Morel error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.
In the US a product returned will be shipped to Morel America and in all other courtiers worldwide it will be returned to Morel Headquarters in Israel.
A returned product must be returned in its original package with the user guide and all accessories.
We try to respond to all return requested within 48 hours. Please note that requests sent on weekend and holidays will be answered the next business day. If there is a delay in responding to your request it will not count against the 14 days window. We thank you for your patience.
A product can be returned only after Morel approves the return request.
If your order is older than 14 days, we cannot honor a return for refund. If your unit is damaged and still under warranty please see the Warranty section for assistance.
Refund method – refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Unfortunately, Morel dealer stores and distributors cannot accept returns for refund.
The item must be new – Morel may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
– A different serial number than the one Morel originally shipped.
– Missing parts or the original product packing material.
– Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
– Been heavily used.
We will email or mail you a letter confirming that the return was processed.
Return shipping costs:
Freight shipping: Some items, like large floor-standing speakers require special freight shipping, and cost more to return.
International shipping: As previously stated, you are responsible for any international shipping charges or duties.
*In case of returning an item for a refund, please note that we always refund the same amount that we received from you at the order date and we do not take responsibility for any currency changes. Please also note we do not refund any shipping costs.
If your product has a fault and it is within the 3 years warranty you can have it repaired.
Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the message “Warranty Repair” at the top and state in the e-mail:
The name of your product / model, Serial number, your purchase date, invoice number and sale company (if it was purchased online / in one of our authorized dealer stores).
Kindly state briefly what is at fault with the product.
We try to respond to all warranty repair requests within 48 hours. Please note that requests sent on weekend and holidays will be answered the next business day.
NON WARRANTY REPAIRS
If your product is already out of the warranty period and has a fault – please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to assist just the same.
